Who we are

What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect:
- your name, email and mobile number;
- your stay preferences: house, dates, guests and any notes;
- your preferred reply channel (email or WhatsApp);
- basic technical data needed to protect the form from spam.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To answer your request and take steps before a booking at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep the form safe from spam, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
Our website hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), our email provider, and — only if you choose WhatsApp — WhatsApp/Meta. We never sell your data, and we don't send marketing without your separate consent.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking-related data is kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, by emailing stay@twoshores.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
